Villa Maryland was one of many top-level real estate holdings accumulated by Allen over the course of his life, and it's estimated to be worth some $105 million.

Kauffman reportedly nabbed the property at a slight discount, since it was initially listed by previous owner, Mark Attanasio, owner of the Milwaukee Brewers, with an asking price of almost $25 million.

That's a good deal more than the $18 million the couple reportedly spent on the property back in 2009, when they purchased it from TV producer Marty Adelstein.

That's actually a discount compared to how much Bones was trying to get for the property last month, when it was listed for $9.25 million. But if he finds a buyer, he'll still be profiting plenty compared to the $3.7 million he bought the place for back in 2020.

Shaw has owned the home, which he had custom designed himself late in his NBA days, for about 20 years, and it's a fairly impressive spread, with over 9,200 square feet of living space, five bedrooms, and five bathrooms

Watts purchased the estate in 1976 from writer Derek Marlowe, going on to make some significant renovations until he parted ways with the property in 1983, most notably converting the detached coach house to a standalone music studio.

Possibly the home's most impressive feature is its certified NBA (and NBA-built) regulation basketball half-court, the action on which can be taken in from floor-to-ceiling glass in the adjacent fitness and arcade rooms.

The listing touts the home's location as well, within "the highly coveted, celebrity guard gated Hidden Valley Estates." Lovers of the outdoors will also appreciate its direct access to hiking trails in Franklin Canyon.

Estimates of the property's value range from $75 million all the way up to $100 million. Even at the lower end of those estimates, a sale would be pretty profitable for Clooney, who paid $10 million for it back in 2002.

The house itself dates all the way back to 1928 and is in the Spanish style, a work by noted architect Frankie Faulkner, who happens to have been one of the first women to be distinguished in that field in Los Angeles.
