Rayful Edmond was born in Washington D.C. and has an estimated net worth of $50 million dollars. A drug dealer, Rayful Edmund, is considered by many to be responsible for the introduction of crack cocaine to the Washington, D.C. area. He was arrested in 1989 and sentenced to life in prison. He continued to deal drugs while in prison, and after being convicted, again, became a government informant. He remains incarcerated to this day.
