Page is best known for his 1990 hit single "I'll Be Your Everything". At 16 he worked as a cloakroom attendant at New York's Nell's nightclub where he took coats for artists such as Rob Lowe, Whitney Houston, and the Beastie Boys.

He gave his demo tape to the house DJ at the club who used it in his mixes. In 1988 his self-titled debut studio album was released and reached #166 on the Billboard Hot 200 chart. The album featured the singles "A Zillion Kisses" which peaked at #45 on the US Dance chart and "Shoulder to Cry On" which peaked at #29 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. His second album Paintings in My Mind was released in 1990 and reached #38 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The album featured the #1 hit single "I'll Be Your Everything" as well as the single "When I Dream of You". "I'll Be Your Everything" was featured and was written with new Kids on the Block. In 2013 Tommy joined Pandora Internet Media becoming their Head of Music Partnerships and leading the Artist Partnerships, Branded Content, and Events Team.
