What Is Rosie Huntington-Whiteley's Net Worth and Salary?
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is an English model, actress, designer, and entrepreneur who has a net worth of $50 million.
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley rose from a teenage modeling job in England to become one of the highest-paid models in the world. After early campaigns for Levi's and Abercrombie & Fitch, she became a Victoria's Secret Angel, the face of Burberry, and a regular presence on international "Vogue," "GQ," "Elle," and "Harper's Bazaar" covers. Her modeling success eventually expanded into an unusually lucrative business career. In 2012, she launched Rosie for Autograph with Marks & Spencer, which became the retailer's fastest-selling underwear collection ever and evolved into a 14-year partnership encompassing lingerie, sleepwear, beauty, and fragrance. Forbes calculated that she earned $9 million in 2016, with the majority coming from royalties on her Marks & Spencer products, and $11.5 million in 2018, tying her as the third-highest-paid model in the world.
Rosie also starred in two enormous films, playing Carly Spencer in 2011's billion-dollar blockbuster "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" and The Splendid Angharad in 2015's acclaimed "Mad Max: Fury Road." She later launched beauty platform and cosmetics company Rose Inc., became an investor in consumer brands through The Equity Studio, and in 2026 co-founded the luxury lifestyle company Mémoire. She has also continued modeling at the highest level, including renewed work with Burberry decades after her original campaigns for the fashion house.
Rosie has been in a relationship with actor Jason Statham since 2010. They became engaged in 2016 and have two children. With Jason's $150 million fortune, the couple has a combined net worth of $200 million.
Early Life
Rosie Alice Huntington-Whiteley was born on April 18, 1987, in Plymouth, Devon, England. She grew up with her younger brother and sister on a farm near Tavistock. Her mother, Fiona, worked as a fitness instructor, while her father, Charles, was a chartered surveyor.
Rosie attended Tavistock College and has spoken openly about feeling awkward growing up. She was teased because of her double-barreled surname, full lips, small breasts, and braces, traits that hardly suggested to her classmates that she would eventually become one of the world's most recognizable models.
She was fascinated by fashion magazines from an early age but initially imagined herself working behind the scenes rather than becoming a model. That changed after she sought work experience at a modeling agency while still in school.
Beginning Her Modeling Career
At age 15, Huntington-Whiteley completed a work-experience placement at Profile Model Management in London's West End. She spent much of the placement answering phones, making coffee, and observing how the industry worked. When she returned to the agency after finishing her GCSEs, she was offered a modeling contract.
Rosie signed with Profile at age 16. One of her first commercial jobs was for Levi's, and in 2004 she traveled to New York for a "Teen Vogue" shoot. She was subsequently photographed by Bruce Weber for Abercrombie & Fitch and began appearing on international runways.
Her modeling career accelerated quickly. She worked for brands including DKNY, Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Topshop, French Connection, Valentino, Oscar de la Renta, Moschino, and Louis Vuitton. By her late teens, she had moved well beyond the small agency internship that introduced her to the business.

Victoria's Secret
Huntington-Whiteley began working with Victoria's Secret in 2006 and made her debut in the company's annual fashion show that year. The partnership exposed her to a much larger international audience, and she continued appearing in Victoria's Secret campaigns and runway shows over the next several years.
In 2009, Rosie was officially named a Victoria's Secret Angel. British "Vogue" described her as the company's first British Angel. She joined a roster that at various times included models such as Gisele Bündchen, Heidi Klum, Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Candice Swanepoel, and Miranda Kerr.
Rosie's Victoria's Secret years overlapped with the period when she was becoming a major high-fashion and editorial model, allowing her to straddle both the commercial and luxury sides of the industry.
Burberry and Fashion Stardom
One of the most important relationships of Huntington-Whiteley's career has been with Burberry. Creative director Christopher Bailey selected her to replace Agyness Deyn in the fashion house's autumn/winter 2008 campaign, photographed by Mario Testino and co-starring actor Sam Riley.
That campaign was followed almost immediately by Rosie's first "British Vogue" cover in November 2008. She went on to appear in numerous Burberry campaigns and became the face of the Burberry Body fragrance in 2011.
Rosie continued working extensively in fashion while expanding into other industries. She appeared in the Pirelli Calendar, was the subject of photographer Rankin's book "Ten Times Rosie," and landed covers for publications including "British Vogue," "Vogue Australia," "GQ," "Harper's Bazaar," "Elle," and "LOVE."
Her brand relationships over the years have included Paige, Ugg, Moroccanoil, Hourglass, BareMinerals, Tiffany & Co., Ralph Lauren, Versace, Michael Kors, and many others.
Decades after her first Burberry campaign, Huntington-Whiteley returned to the company as a brand ambassador. She appeared in Burberry's 170th-anniversary campaign and its "A Good Sport" campaign in 2026 and also returned to the runway during the brand's Fall/Winter 2026 show.
Rosie for Autograph and Marks & Spencer
Rosie's most financially significant fashion venture was not a runway contract. In 2012, she partnered with British retail giant Marks & Spencer to create the Rosie for Autograph lingerie collection.
The launch was an immediate blockbuster. Marks & Spencer said the collection sold more than three times the volume the company had expected, making it the fastest-selling underwear range in the retailer's history. Several pieces nearly sold out within a day.
Rather than functioning simply as the face of the collection, Huntington-Whiteley participated in the design and product-development process. Rosie for Autograph expanded beyond lingerie into sleepwear, activewear, swimwear, fragrance, cosmetics, and beauty products.
The economics became extremely lucrative for Rosie because she received royalties from product sales. In 2016, Forbes calculated that she earned $9 million during its annual measurement period and specifically noted that royalty income from her Marks & Spencer lingerie, makeup, and fragrance lines accounted for the majority of her earnings.
Two years later, Forbes calculated that Rosie earned $11.5 million between June 2017 and June 2018. That tied her with Chrissy Teigen as the third-highest-paid model in the world, behind only Kendall Jenner and Karlie Kloss.
The Marks & Spencer relationship ultimately lasted 14 years. Rosie for Autograph ended in 2026 after becoming one of the longest-running celebrity fashion collaborations in the British retail industry.
"Transformers: Dark of the Moon"
Huntington-Whiteley made an enormous leap outside of modeling when director Michael Bay cast her in "Transformers: Dark of the Moon." She had previously worked with Bay on a Victoria's Secret commercial.
Rosie replaced Megan Fox as the female lead of the franchise, playing Carly Spencer opposite Shia LaBeouf's Sam Witwicky. It was an extraordinary assignment for a first-time film actress, placing her at the center of one of Hollywood's most expensive and successful franchises.
Released in 2011, "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" earned $352.4 million in the United States and $1.124 billion worldwide. It became one of the highest-grossing films ever released at the time.
Rosie's performance received mixed reviews, but the movie dramatically expanded her recognition beyond the fashion industry and made her a household name with audiences who had never followed modeling.
"Mad Max: Fury Road"
Huntington-Whiteley chose a very different project for her second film. She joined Charlize Theron and Tom Hardy in director George Miller's "Mad Max: Fury Road."
Rosie played The Splendid Angharad, the pregnant wife of dictator Immortan Joe who escapes with Furiosa and becomes one of the central figures driving the film's chase across the wasteland.
Released in 2015, "Mad Max: Fury Road" became one of the most acclaimed action films of the century. It received ten Academy Award nominations and won six Oscars, including awards for editing, production design, costume design, makeup and hairstyling, sound editing, and sound mixing.
Although Huntington-Whiteley demonstrated that she could successfully work in major movies, she did not aggressively pursue an acting career after "Fury Road." Instead, much of her energy increasingly shifted toward fashion, design, beauty, business, and eventually investing.

Rose Inc.
Huntington-Whiteley's years spent in makeup chairs led to another major entrepreneurial project. In 2018, she launched Rose Inc., initially as an editorial website dedicated to beauty.
The site featured tutorials, interviews with makeup artists and other industry experts, product recommendations, and an inside look at Rosie's own beauty routines. Her larger ambition was to use the platform to build expertise, audience data, and a community before introducing products of her own.
Rosie subsequently partnered with biotechnology company Amyris to turn Rose Inc. into a cosmetics and skincare company. The product business launched in 2021 through the Clean Beauty Collaborative, a joint venture between Huntington-Whiteley and Amyris. Rosie served as founder and chief creative officer and was closely involved with formulation, design, packaging, and the brand's creative direction.
Rose Inc. emphasized refillable packaging, skin-friendly cosmetics, and products designed for customers with sensitive or acne-prone skin. The line expanded into major beauty retailers and received industry recognition for several of its products.
The business encountered problems that had little to do with Rosie's modeling career. Amyris filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in August 2023 and announced plans to sell its consumer brands. Rose Inc. was subsequently sold at bankruptcy auction to Hong Kong-based AA Investments for $2.5 million in December 2023.
In May 2024, Huntington-Whiteley announced that she was stepping away from Rose Inc. She explained that the change in ownership meant she was no longer involved with or affiliated with the company's operations, products, or marketing.
The Equity Studio
Rosie did not leave the beauty business entirely after Rose Inc. In 2024, she joined investor Anna Sweeting in backing The Equity Studio, an investment firm focused on consumer businesses in beauty, wellness, and lifestyle.
The firm's principal investment vehicle was initially backed exclusively by Sweeting and Huntington-Whiteley. It targets growing companies in the United States, United Kingdom, and Europe, particularly founder-led businesses generating between $3 million and $20 million in annual revenue.
Rosie also joined The Equity Studio's advisory board, giving her a role helping entrepreneurs with branding, product development, marketing, customer acquisition, and the other lessons she learned from more than two decades working with consumer brands.
The move marked another transition in her career: from model and celebrity brand founder to an investor putting her own capital behind other entrepreneurs.
Mémoire
In May 2026, Huntington-Whiteley entered the luxury home and lifestyle business with the launch of Mémoire, which she co-founded in partnership with Westview Ventures.
Rather than another traditional celebrity beauty or fashion label, Mémoire was conceived around objects designed to be kept for years and associated with personal memories. The initial collection included hand-poured candles, Italian leather journals and picture frames, stationery, luggage tags, and other keepsakes. Many of the products can be personalized through monogramming or engraving.
The debut collection was organized around four aesthetic "worlds" called High Castle, Love Birds, Secret Garden, and Glass Lake. Prices began at $185, positioning Mémoire firmly within the luxury market.
The business also reflected Rosie's longstanding interest in interiors, antiques, architecture, and collecting. She has described herself as someone who saves birthday cards, her children's artwork, and other sentimental objects, an impulse that directly inspired the company.
Personal Life
Rosie began dating Jason Statham in 2010. Despite a 20-year age difference and enormous public interest in both of their careers, they have maintained a relatively private relationship.
Jason proposed in 2016, and Rosie debuted her engagement ring at the Golden Globe Awards. They welcomed their son, Jack Oscar Statham, in June 2017 and their daughter, Isabella James Statham, in February 2022.
Rosie and Jason have remained engaged rather than marrying. Huntington-Whiteley has said that marriage has never been an urgent priority and that raising their children has mattered more than organizing a wedding.
The couple spent many years based primarily in Los Angeles but eventually shifted much of their family life back to the United Kingdom. Rosie has spoken about wanting her children to experience British culture and the countryside that shaped her own childhood.

Real Estate
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Jason Statham have owned and renovated an impressive collection of properties in California and England.
In 2011, Jason paid $7.325 million for a Hollywood Hills compound previously owned by Ben Stiller. The restored 1929 Mediterranean-style property sat on more than half an acre and contained a six-bedroom main house, guesthouse, swimming pool, gym, library, and multiple courtyards. Rosie and Jason sold the estate in 2015 for $9.2 million to "The Big Bang Theory" star Johnny Galecki.
Another important property was Jason's home inside the gated Malibu Colony enclave. He had paid $10.625 million for the oceanfront property in 2009, before he and Rosie began dating. It subsequently became one of their primary residences, and the couple extensively renovated the roughly 3,900-square-foot house with a minimalist interior, white oak floors, a guesthouse, oceanfront decks, outdoor shower, and spa. They listed it for $19.95 million in 2019 and sold it in January 2020 for $18.5 million.
In 2015, Rosie and Jason paid $12.995 million for a contemporary residence in Beverly Hills that had previously belonged to fashion designer Jenni Kayne and her husband, real estate broker Richard Ehrlich. The roughly 5,600-square-foot home featured five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling glass, a media room, swimming pool, koi pond, and extensive landscaping.
The Beverly Hills property served as their primary Los Angeles residence for nearly a decade. They listed it in early 2025 for $19.95 million and sold it in February 2025 for $19.9 million, nearly $7 million more than their original purchase price before accounting for renovations and selling costs.
Jason also paid $2.7 million in 2015 for a Midcentury Modern property in the Hollywood Hills above the Sunset Strip. He and Rosie spent roughly 18 months transforming the approximately 3,000-square-foot home with architect Jeffrey Allsbrook and Standard Architecture, adding Scandinavian-inspired interiors, a gym, sauna, ice bath, office, guest space, and saltwater swimming pool. They listed that property in 2020 for $6.995 million.
After shifting their lives back to England, Rosie and Jason established a family home in a leafy area of London. Rosie also separately purchased a Grade II* listed Georgian townhouse in central London and hired acclaimed British designer Rose Uniacke to renovate it. Huntington-Whiteley has described the townhouse as a personal creative retreat, distinct from the larger family home she shares with Jason and their children.
The townhouse contains an extensive collection of vintage and contemporary furniture, art, antiques, and custom pieces, and its interiors helped inspire Rosie's move into the home and design business with Mémoire.
In January 2024, Jason paid £20 million for a 20-acre seafront estate on England's south coast. The property includes approximately 1,200 feet of private beachfront and a large modern residence that was still being completed after the purchase. Construction and finishing work has been valued at another £5 million, bringing the total project to roughly £25 million.
Plans for the estate include an indoor lap pool, gym, horse stables, a children's treehouse, a 42,000-square-foot boating lake, a wild swimming pond, and a separate lakeside yoga studio. The property represents a major return to the type of rural English lifestyle Rosie experienced growing up in Devon.
