Huang Wei is a Chinese real estate businessman who has a net worth of $1.7 billion. Born in 1959, he is a founder of Zhejiang Xinhu Group, a real estate developer and investment company. This is Wei's main holding company through which he controls all his investments and assets. The head office of the company is based in Hangzhou, and it operates with more than 30 real estate projects in approximately 20 cities. Graduated from Wenzhou Normal College, Wei serves as the Chairman of Xinhu Zhongbao Co.
