David Chow is a Macau businessman who earned his place among the world's billionaires after listing his casino and hotel operation Macau Legend on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2013. It was reported in January 2014 by Forbes that Macau Legend Development, led by David Chow, had plans to take advantage of the tripling of its share price since its IPO in 2013 and sell a 2.9% stake to help finance expansion and ongoing operations. Adding to its holding in Macau Legend through the transaction is Dynam Japan, a Japanese pachinko parlor operator that's also listed in Hong Kong.
