The grandson of the founder of Fidani and Sons, a Toronto-based area construction company set up in 1948, he gained his riches through the family owned business. Actually, Fidani took over the full ownership and control of the business now known as Orlando Corp. after the death of his father, Orey Fidani, in 2000.

Over the years, the company has evolved and expanded its operations in the fields of construction, development and management. Also, it owns, leases and manages around 40 million square feet of industrial, office and commercial real estate in the Toronto area. Almost the entire land, 32 million square feet, is industrial distribution centers.
