Bacaksiz Sezai is a Turkish businessman who has a net worth of $1.2 billion. Bacaksiz Sezai rose to riches as co-owner and current vice-chairman of Limak Holding, which has businesses in the construction, energy tourism and cement sectors. A graduate of mechanical engineering, Mr. Sezai owns half of Limak, whereas the other half is in the hands of Nihat Ozdemir, a fellow billionaire. Bacaksiz is in charge of the airport and tourism business lines while Ozdemir holds the control of the cement and energy sectors. Some of its major assets include the Limak Cement and Limak Energy Companies, as well as the Limak Tourism Group.

It was Limak Constuction that won the bid for the renovation of the Cairo Airport in 2011, a project estimated at $387 million. Just one year later, Iskenderun Port was taken over by the company. They also acquired BEDAS for $2 billion along with Cengiz and Kolin Construction. BEDAS now has over 10 million subscribers, and the trio of Limak, Cengiz, Kolin covers 30% of all electricity subscribers in Turkey.
