Jose Antonio is a Filipino real estate mogul who has a net worth of $255 million. The Founder and Chairman of the real estate company Century Properties, Jose Antonio set up the company some 25 years ago with only six employees. Today, the company has completed manifold high-end condo projects across Manila with a workforce of over 3,000 people.
The so-called Century City Mall is the company's first retail development, which was open late in 2013 in downtown Manila. As of April, Jose Antonio revealed his plans to expand the operations in hospitality with a resort in Palawan, slated to open in 2015. Reportedly, he saw a decline in his fortune recently because he reduced his shares in Century.
