DeMarcus Cousins is looking to get rid of his huge Las Vegas mansion loaded with countless amenities, and he's reportedly listed it with an asking price of $8 million.

Known appropriately as "The House That Shaq Built," the mansion located on the shores of Lake Butler and behind the gates of the Isleworth Golf & Country Club sprawls across approximately 31,000 square feet of living space.

The historic property is located in the Brentwood area, more specifically the gated community once known as "Hollywoodland" and located beneath the famous Hollywood sign. 

Former Google CEO Eric Schmidt just plunked down $30.8 million for an absolutely MONSTEROUS Montecito mansion.

Hilfiger first put the place up for sale back in the early part of 2017 at a little over $27 million, and after more than a year, the price came down the following summer to $23.5 million.

The first half of the compound was purchased by the famed filmmaker way back in 1989, when many of his biggest commercial successes were ahead of him, while he bought the second half of the property in 2003.

The place has seven bedrooms and ten bathrooms, and in terms of size and amenities, seems to be a marked upgrade over the couple's other Beverly Hills property, purchased for $8.5 million back in 2018.

Measuring in at about 8,500 square feet, the home has been extensively personalized by the couple following their purchase from Rihanna for over $14 million back in the early part of 2016.

The house was purchased by Kris Jenner just three years ago, having paid a little under $10 million and then an untold sum on an extensive renovation job.

No one knows for sure what Berggruen plans to do with the newly whole Goetz estate, but recent marketing materials for the property call it "the perfect opportunity to build a grand main house to complete this compound."

While the home might not look like the haunted castle one would imagine Vincent Price whiling away his off hours in, it still has plenty of charm, built in the Spanish style all the way back in the 1920s.

The farmhouse-style, 11,748-square-foot jewel of the exclusive Ashley Ridge neighborhood of Hidden Hills is all but completely brand new, having been built just last year.

Back in 1966, the then-24-year-old Wayne  Newton bought five acres of dusty desert located roughly 10 to 15 minutes southeast of the Las Vegas Strip. He built it into a 40-acre wonderland over the years before he fell on hard times…

The couple purchased the home for $14.65 million, which was something of a bargain compared to the price paid by its previous owner, a Russian businessman who got it for over $25 million back in 2009.

Whitney Park, the 36,000-acre estate named for the wealthy New York Whitney family that owned it for more than a hundred years, is being listed for sale by the estate of the late Marylou Whitney.
