Bezos now owns a total of $147 million on the island known as Billionaire Bunker, and he hasn't commented publicly on his plans for the compound there. But the buying spree does have some similarities with his real estate habits in his native Seattle.

The house itself is a secluded 1.4-acre getaway from the Hollywood rat race, nestled within the gated community of Bell Canyon, where many a celebrity has called home over the years.

Altogether, you're looking at nine bedrooms and 13 bathrooms, but where this piece of luxury Bel Air property really shines is in its unique amenities.

In June Ellen and Portia paid $22.5 million for an estate called "Pompeiian Court" in Montecito, California. After just four months and a quick renovation, they've flipped it back onto the market for $46.5 million.

The sale comes a little less than a year after Stallone first listed the property for sale back in December of 2022, then with a reported asking price of $22.5 million.

The property once belonged to an even more famous showbiz couple than Reynolds and Volkman, having once reportedly belonged to Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn before they sold it ten years ago.

Kauffman reportedly nabbed the property at a slight discount, since it was initially listed by previous owner, Mark Attanasio, owner of the Milwaukee Brewers, with an asking price of almost $25 million.

That's a good deal more than the $18 million the couple reportedly spent on the property back in 2009, when they purchased it from TV producer Marty Adelstein.

That's actually a discount compared to how much Bones was trying to get for the property last month, when it was listed for $9.25 million. But if he finds a buyer, he'll still be profiting plenty compared to the $3.7 million he bought the place for back in 2020.

Shaw has owned the home, which he had custom designed himself late in his NBA days, for about 20 years, and it's a fairly impressive spread, with over 9,200 square feet of living space, five bedrooms, and five bathrooms

Watts purchased the estate in 1976 from writer Derek Marlowe, going on to make some significant renovations until he parted ways with the property in 1983, most notably converting the detached coach house to a standalone music studio.
