So now the bankruptcy trustees are going after Tobey, trying to seize his winnings so they can use the money to pay off creditors.

Bam released the following statement about hearing the news about Dunn's death; it "was the worst phone call I've ever gotten in my life." In addition to being intoxicated at the time of the accident it seems Ryan was speeding in excess of 130mph when he crashed.
