According to Klein's former assistant and confidant Jason Pfeiffer "Throughout 2009, Michael was a frequent patient of Klein." he continues, "Several times, Klein told Pfeiffer to help Michael down to the car because Michael was too drugged up and disoriented to stand on his own."

Val Kilmer's ex-wife is once again going after his stuff, in 2007 after he fell behind in his child support payments. Currently Joanne Whalley claims she has been stiffed and she has placed a lien on Val's property to make him pay what is due. At the time of the split up in 1996 Kilmer agreed to pay $27,500 per month in child support, currently the two children are 19 and 16 years old.

The incident happened inside "In the Cuts" barbershop in Hollywood where Alfonso was getting a hair cut when two of the shops employees got into a fist fight, Alfonso stepped in and broke up the fight and saved the day.
