Lindsay Lohan posed for a picture holding a Tequila bottle, Lohan was at a house party last week in Venice. Another guest at the party a friend of a friend, asked her to pose for a photo with him, than handed her a bottle of Tequila. Although it is perfectly legal for Lindsay to drink alcohol she swears she did not have one drop at the party.

A producer for Ryan Seacrest who is also an ex-Bachelor contestant was hit by a jeep breaking 6 bones in her foot. Apparently last April Sarah Schnare claims she was standing next to the jeep when the driver Sam Magid started driving away, she fell to the ground however, Sam didn't stop he continued driving and ran over her right foot. Now Schnare is suing the driver. Sarah has not been able to work on Ryan's radio show since she was injured, and says even after her high medicals bills, and multiple surgeries Magid's insurance company will not give her any upfront money. Magid is an investors in comic books that are turned into movies. Schnare is on an unpaid leave from her job.

Chris Brown says "it wasn't me" who carved the initials CB in an elevator at the condo complex where he lives.  Brown claims it was a neighbor trying to set him up. Chris's neighbors are pissed off at him, and have filed complaints against him with the building manager for noise, parking violations and a mysterious case of elevator vandalism. Brown's said on his Twitter page that, "My parking spaces in my building that were assigned to me when I [bought] this crib are painted over with handicap and no Parking signs." He added, "A person should be able to live in his or her own company of their house! I'm barely home so these stories and accusations are so childish!"

Penn was the Associate Director of the White House Office of Public Engagement working for President Obama, when Marcellus Chambers took the phone, the Secret Service launched its own investigation. Chamber pleaded guilty to robbery and assault with a deadly weapon and he will spend 3 years in prison.

Dog Chapman star of the TV series Dog the Bounty Hunter turned over a dangerous ex-con to Mesa County Sheriff Stan Hilkey however, Hilkey released a statement today stating that Dog put him and his other staff member in danger by not decontaminating the man who had been pepper sprayed before handing him over to the Sheriff. Dog fired back stating he followed the standard decontamination procedure, and that he thought he was doing a good service by catching the man.
