Awesome director Michael bay is selling his awesome mansion in Santa Barbara, California. Built in 1993, this home was designed by the famous architect Jan Hochhauser. This home has received plenty of attention from the home design and architecture world and has been featured in California Home magazine, among other media publications and blogs.

The mansion features vaulted ceilings, plenty of skylights and huge glass panels. This fills the home with natural light and offering spectacular cliff-side views of the Pacific Ocean and the pristine surrounding landscape. The 5,400 square ft. Lot includes 4 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 car garage and a guest house. Each room also offers panoramic views of the sea. The bathrooms are also huge, with walk-in closets, with separate showers and Jacuzzis. The flooring is comprised of slate-gray tiles and ash hardwood.  His walls are also textured in a way to appear like suede. The kitchen features Sub-Zero appliances and Carrara marble counters. The kitchen and dining room flow out to the infinity pool, which rests as the heart of the property. The lush garden features dozens of palm trees and California oak trees.

Michael Bay also owns another hillside mansion in California, worth over $10 million, featuring 7 bedrooms over a 5 acre estate. He also bought a home in Miami from Hulk Hogan. What I want to know is, if this is the home that he filmed¬†Megan Fox washing his Ferrari to audition for the original Transformers? Megan Fox has called him out on it, but Bay says he can't find the tapes… I bet if he used that footage to advertise his mansion, it would have sold within minutes for well over $6.8 million asking price.
