Found in the exclusive mountain-side Beaver Creek area in Avon, Colorado where multi-million dollar homes are common, you find this ski in/ski out location, covering 8,599 square feet on a 1.7 acre lot. It has 6 bedroom, 8 bathrooms throughout its three floors. It was built in 2002, it was bought by the Grammers in 2004 where Camille and Kelsey put two local interior designers to match it to their tastes. Looking more like a luxury ski lodge than a home, this massive house looks big even from the inside, with vaulted, wood-beam lined ceilings throughout.
Like a true ski-lodge, there are huge reception and living rooms with stone fireplaces. There is a full gourmet kitchen and even a wine cellar is found in the basement. There is a specific acoomodations to have a live-in nanny for their kids. Two of the bedrooms are full master suites. There is also a family recreation room. A cool feature is the spiral staircase that leads you to the wine cellar and tasting room.
Before Camille and Kelsey Grammer's recent divorce which has led to the selling off of their shared real estate, they had quite a handful of high-end homes. In 2007 they bought a 7 bedroom, 9 bathroom mansion in the Holmby Hills area in Los Angeles for $13.7 million which they have had back on the market since 2008. They also own a home in Hawaii and in the Hamptons, New York. With the New York home costing them $8.5 million. Kelsey has relocated to New York, with Camille still living in their massive 4.8 acre Malibu estate, which includes two massive mansions, a barn, a dressage ring, tennis courts and lily pond. This sprawling estate was last listed for $18 million in 2005.
