Beyoncé and Jay-Z have decided to upgrade their accommodations by leaving their Holmby Hills rental mansion for a $400,000 a month Malibu mansion with unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean. The property, known as La Villa Contenta, is being rented by the couple until the end of August. The villa has 10 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, and a 25-foot long infinity pool. It is set on a bluff overlooking the Pacific. It looks like the perfect place for Blue Ivy to get to know her new brother and sister.

Beyoncé gave birth to twins, believed to be a girl and a boy, on June 12th at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles. Beyoncé and her new babies spent just over a week at the hospital before they were discharged.

La Villa Contenta is set on 6.3 acres with a rose garden filled with more than 1,000 flower bushes and a tennis court. The estate, listed for sale for $54.5 million, also has a pool house, a separate large office building, and a housing complex for staff. The estate is furnished with 18th century chandeliers carved from amethyst and rock crystal, a museum quality Chippendale mirror, and a 2,500 year old lion's head bust discovered at the base of Mount Vesuvius in Italy. The bust sits next to the front door of the main villa.

Neighbors of Beyoncé and Jay-Z's Malibu Colony rental include Halle Berry, who has a home on the beach directly below La Villa Contenta. Other notable nearby neighbors include Barbra Streisand, Julia Roberts, Pamela Anderson, and Caitlyn Jenner, all of whom live a bit farther up the coast at Point Dume.

La Villa Contenta is owned by real estate mogul Richard Weintraub. It has been featured in a number of movies and television shows including, HBO's True Blood, the CW show Privileged, and the films Funny People and I Love You Man.

The villa boats an impressive number of amenities including a billiards room, library with marble fireplace, a media room with a 14 foot screen, and a kitchen designed for a private chef. The home also has a dining room that can seat up to 24 people and is furnished with George III antique furniture.

The master suite is located upstairs and has his and hers bathrooms and closets as well as a large terrace that overlooks the ocean.

The pool house contains his and hers changing rooms and a state of the art Viking kitchen. Nearby is a large greenhouse with several thousand rare species of orchid as well as a garden full of organic produce.

The office complex is located near the main villa. It could also be used as a six bedroom house. It is decorated with green Venetian marble walls and Baccarat crystal chandeliers.

The property also has a one bedroom guest suite located in a lushly landscaped grove of ferns and other plants, perfect for visiting grandparents such as Beyoncé's mom Tina Knowles.
