Todd Bridges' Meager Monthly Income Revealed In Divorce Court Filings… Plus A Strange $20,000 Battle Over His Official Website

Todd Bridges, the former "Diff'rent Strokes" star, is currently in the middle of a divorce from his wife of three years, Bettijo B. Hirschi.

Bridges and Hirschi married in September 2022 after meeting earlier that year through a dating app. They blended their families and eventually launched a podcast called "DANG!" together.

In January 2026, Bridges announced their separation. He formally filed for divorce in Arizona on March 31, stating that the marriage was "irretrievably broken."

As part of their divorce process, a series of court filings has offered an unusually detailed look at Bridges' current financial situation. The disclosures include testimony that the semi-retired actor earns only around $700 per month, relatively modest disputes over credit-card debt and an old tax bill, and now a strangely specific fight over who gets control of his official website.

A $700 Monthly Income

Before marrying Todd, Bettijo was married to a man named Heath Hirschi. Their divorce was finalized in 2021, with Heath ordered to pay Bettijo $2,700 per month in spousal support through 2031.

After Bettijo married Bridges in September 2022, Heath sought to have those payments reduced or eliminated. His argument was fairly straightforward: his former wife had remarried a famous Hollywood actor.

But Bettijo's testimony painted a very different picture of life with a former sitcom star.

During an October 2025 hearing, she described Bridges as "semi-retired" and said his income was unstable. Asked how much he was earning, Bettijo testified that Todd made only around $700 per month during 2024.

She said she was responsible for the mortgage and most of the household expenses. Bridges would occasionally contribute toward groceries and other bills when he received money from contract work.

And Now They're Fighting Over Todd's Website

The latest filing centers on something you don't see every day in celebrity divorces Todd Bridges' website.

According to new court documents, Bettijo says her company created and managed RealToddBridges.com during their marriage. She values that work at $20,720.

She is offering Todd three choices after the divorce becomes final.

1. He can pay her company $20,720 and take control of the website.
2. He can allow Bettijo's company to continue operating the site under a profit-sharing agreement.
3. The website can simply be deleted.

Under the proposed profit-sharing arrangement, Bettijo's company would collect the first $4,000 of annual net profits generated by the site. Any profits above $4,000 would then be split evenly between the former couple.

If Bridges chooses that option, Bettijo says she will waive the $20,720 bill.

Credit Cards, Tax Bills & Real Estate

There are a couple of other relatively modest financial disputes as well.

Bettijo says she paid off a joint credit card and wants Bridges to reimburse her $9,187.94, representing what she considers his half of the balance.

She also alleges that $4,375.01 was removed from an account belonging to her minor son and used to satisfy one of Bridges' old California tax obligations. She wants that money returned to her son's account.
