A LA hairdresser is suing them for his unpaid $300a day retainer, the McCourts did not pay him from November 25, 2008 to January 15, 2009. Two weeks before Christmas of 2010 Beyonce demanded more money after a deal was already in place, her behavior caused 70 people to become unemployed. Gate Five is asking for $6.7 mil it invested into the venture, as well as more than $100 million in profits they believe they would have earned if the singer had honored her contract.
