Here's A Full Video Tour Of Tony Parker's Insane Texas Estate (With Private Waterpark!!!) That Just Blew Kai Cenat's Mind

Most luxury estates have wine cellars, home theaters, incredible pools, large gyms, etc… Tony Parker's Texas estate has all of these PLUS a 24-hour fast food restaurant, arcade, "champions room," and… one of the biggest private water parks in the world.

The San Antonio Spurs legend recently gave YouTuber and Twitch streamer Kai Cenat a full tour of the 53-acre estate, and what unfolded over the course of the viral stream was nothing short of jaw-dropping. From a replica Nando's restaurant to a personal museum of his NBA career, Parker's home might be the most outrageous—and outrageously entertaining—athlete mansion in America.

A Private Waterpark

Let's start with the biggest flex: Parker's backyard is a full-scale private water park. Not a few pool slides. We're talking legit commercial themepark-level waterpark with multiple lazy rivers, massive high-speed and body slides, diving platforms, grottos, waterfalls, and a Playboy Mansion-style cave system. It's so massive, it's believed to be one of the largest private water parks in the world. If Main Event and Six Flags had a baby, it might look like Tony Parker's backyard.

24/Hour Nando's (Yes, Really)

San Antonio doesn't have a Nando's. Tony Parker does.

Built directly into the patio, Parker's functioning Nando's replica is fully staffed for private use. If you're unfamiliar, Nando's is a South African-based fast-casual restaurant chain famous for its Portuguese-style flame-grilled peri-peri chicken. It has a cult following in Europe and parts of the U.S., but not a single location in San Antonio, which makes Parker's private version even more ridiculous.

During the Kai Cenat tour, the AMP crew couldn't believe they could order peri-peri chicken without ever leaving the property. It's unclear how many franchises exist inside private homes globally, but I wouldn't be surprised if the number was… one.

The "Champions Room"

Inside, Parker has converted a wing of the mansion into a "Champions Room" that serves as a shrine to his NBA legacy. There you'll find all four of his championship rings, his retired jerseys, MVP trophies, and a massive collection of memorabilia. Even Kai Cenat seemed speechless as Parker casually walked him through one of the most decorated point guard résumés in league history.

Arcade, Indoor Court, Wine Cellar, and More

Elsewhere on the property, there's a full indoor basketball court, a private arcade stocked with token-free video games, and a 1,500-bottle temperature-controlled wine cellar. The home also includes a home theater with stadium seating, a chef's kitchen, dual home offices, a beach volleyball court, tennis court, herb garden, fruit orchard, greenhouse, and even… a tortoise enclosure.

At one point, Parker's collection of more than 30 pop culture statues was so extensive, it was loaned out to the San Antonio Museum of Art for a special exhibit. Now they guard the entrance to his gym and court.

Still For Sale?

Parker first listed the estate in 2024 for $16.5 million. It was later relisted at $19.5 million. It's currently not listed for sale. Either way, this week's viral Twitch stream has probably increased its visibility tenfold.

Still wrapping your head around all of this? Here's a full video tour of the estate, filmed when the property first hit the market. And yes, the street address is "Rue Parker," which means "Parker Street" in French. As you'll see, it's a jaw-dropper:
