The Miz Buys $6.4 Million Thousand Oaks Mansion

WWE Superstar The Miz has reportedly purchased a new home in the Thousand Oaks neighborhood of California. That was under his real name, of course: Mike "The Miz" Mizanin and wife Maryse Mizanin have purchased the $6.4 million mansion.

Mr. and Mrs. Miz are also known as the stars of the USA Network Miz & Mrs., and now they're the owners of this 10,400 square foot house with six beds and nine baths, all in a neoclassical English Manor style.

The house rests on a 1.27-acre estate surrounded by gates, despite the fact that it's also located in the gated community. Views from the property span from nearby mountains to golf course fairways, and the splendor continues in the house's interior, starting with the grand entrance hall and its lavish crystal chandelier.

Go farther inside the house and you'll find, variously, a home movie theater that comfortably seats nine viewers, a formal dining room complete with fireplace, a billiards room, and a living room with another fireplace, reportedly so gigantic that two people can stand inside of it comfortably.

In the master bedroom there's yet another fireplace, plus dual vanities in the master bath, and the house also has room for a home office and wine cellar. Outside, plenty of hedged and manicured lawns and gardens, a pool and spa that includes a waterfall, a full outdoor kitchen and dining area, and yes, another fireplace. There's also a detached two-story guest house with one bedroom, a home office, and art studio – unfortunately for the guests, no fireplace.

TheĀ Mizanins purchased the house from a non-celebrity couple, but they will have at least one famous neighbor: basketball starĀ Anthony Davis, who reportedly lives in another slightly more expensive house around the corner from this one.
