The Former Home Of Kelsey Grammer And Camille Meyer Listed For Almost $20 Million

Frasier star Kelsey Grammer and ex-wife Camille Meyer of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills divorced back in 2011. The Malibu mansion they once shared, and which they bought in 1998 for a reported $4.5 million, sold in 2015 for around $13 million. But now the mansion is up for sale again according to a CNBC report, listed for $19.95 million.

Luckily for its present sellers, the mansion has plenty of merits besides once being the home of a celebrity couple to justify its impressive asking price. Tucked away within Malibu's exclusive gated Serra Retreat, the property boasts mountain and ocean views and spans about five acres altogether. The house has seven bedrooms, and whoever lives there better not be superstitious since it also has 13 baths across 7,814 square feet.

The residence isn't totally free of celebrity energy though. According to its official listing, its gourmet kitchen was designed by none other than famed celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck. The listing goes on:

"A magnificent two-story ballroom, crowned by an elaborate crystal chandelier, is poised for grand entertaining. The compound features a six-stall equestrian facility, riding ring, outbuildings, carriage house, security outpost, cinema, exercise room and staff quarters. Ethereal, old-world grounds are immersed in the stunning coastal canopy, including a resort-style pool and bathhouse, two outdoor spas, tennis court, barbecue area with fireplace, organic vegetable garden, fruit orchard, rose gardens and Monet-inspired lily ponds."

Other amenities include a climate-controlled wine cellar, a gorgeous wood-paneled library, and a home theater room that can comfortably accommodate audiences of up to 14 people.

In the expansive master suite, the home's new owners will find a balcony with a view of the Pacific ocean, as well as an expansive bathroom and a private sitting room. And you can take a look at the whole luxurious property in the video below, courtesy of The Agency:
