Miley Cyrus Drops $2.5 Million On Latest Real Estate Grab

Miley Cyrus is putting her millions into real estate. The 23-year-old pop singer, who is worth $160 million, recently purchased a Malibu, California beach-side mansion for $2.5 million. According to Curbed, the mansion is right next door to Cyrus' ex-fiancé Liam Hemsworth's home, sparking reconciliation rumors.

According to Trulia, the 1,384 square-foot mansion sits on a little over two acres of land, and offers four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. Although it appears a little outdated from the outside (it was built in the 1950's), the home boasts a variety of luxury features, including heated tile floors, a giant open-concept kitchen with granite countertops, outdoor hot tub and gazebo, and private master-suite balcony. The garage is even equipped with an electric car charging port.

Despite her young age and outlandish onstage antics, the Malibu mansion purchase has some calling Cyrus a burgeoning real estate mogul. She bought her first property in 2011: a 5,173 square-foot ranch in Studio City, California, for $3.9 million, purchased when she was just 18 years old. In early 2015, the singer sold her childhood Toluca Lake, California mansion for a cool $6 million and purchased a $5 million equestrian and vineyard estate in Hidden Hills, California.
