A woman who goes by the legal name Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta just purchased a brand new home in Malibu. At least that's the name that will be listed on title (or the name that will own the LLC that will be listed on title). You probably know Stefani better as international pop superstar Lady Gaga. Gaga/Germanotta was born in New York City, and for the last 30 years has called the Big Apple home pretty much all year round when she's not touring the globe. She went to school in New York and was discovered in New York. Well, apparently she is getting sick of those brutal east coast winters, because Gaga just plunked down a cool $24 million to purchase an absolutely stunning mansion in Malibu, California.
