Supermodel Cindy Crawford and her husband, Rande Gerber, are hoping to make a $9.5 million profit with their latest addition to the real estate market in Southern California. The couple's oceanfront Malibu mansion – complete with a swimming pool, tennis court, and private beach access – is priced at a cool $60 million.

The prestigious Encinal Bluffs area compound is a unique blend of Southern California's most coveted luxurious amenities. Seated on a large bluff and a generous 3.18-acre spread of property, the newly renovated Mediterranean-style home is tucked behind a private gate and comes with its very own footpath to the beach not far below. Sharply manicured grounds, a private courtyard, and a pool help round off what's included in the $60 million price tag.

Originally purchased by Crawford and Gerber in February of 2015, the four-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom beachfront home – only one of two parcels included in the initial buy – set the couple back $50.5 million. The 5,254-square-foot main property is accessed by a long driveway just past the estate's tennis court and boasts breathtaking views, spacious floor plans, and a wind-shielded courtyard near the home's entrance. Inside, the two-story home opens up to an expansive great room, spacious library nook, and gourmet kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors bunched throughout the home's first level give way to the property's terrace, complete with stunning ocean views.

Up the circular staircase of the 1944 Malibu home are a pair of two en suite bedrooms, joined between the second story's master bedroom, which is addressed in listing details as the "large ocean view master suite." It comes complete with its own fireplace, sitting area, and two bathrooms. Not far from the master suite and certainly not lacking in its own unique ocean vistas is the home's fourth suite, equipped with a separate kitchenette.

House flipping for a profit isn't something Crawford, 50, or Gerber, 56 are strangers to. The couple purchased a home in Malibu's Point Dume in June 2014 for a total of $6 million, rehabbed the property, and successfully sold it in July of 2015 for $13.34 million. While the current asking price for their Encinal Bluffs home is $9.5 million above what they paid for it, the couple stands to make off even better than can be estimated, as they kept a small portion of the property's land to add to their long-term multi-compound estate not far from their newly listed home.
