The late Joe Cocker unfurled a string of beloved hit songs with his gritty voice, which earned him loads of accolades. Months after the singer's passing, his widow Pam has listed the spectacular, 243-acre property for $7 million!

Mad Dog Ranch, the name of the estate, is where the Cockers settled in 1994 – and who could blame the couple for setting down roots there? The English manor style house measures 16,000 square feet. Its master suite alone is 1,500 square feet and includes all the amenities of a luxury master bedroom. The house has seven other bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and a caretaker suite.

The show starts with a 33-foot turret with a marble medallion, and winding staircase. Most of the rooms on the first floor are detailed with wide-plank Brazilian cherry wood floors, and have arresting mountain views of the Western slope through tall cathedral windows facing the front of the house. There is also an extensive rear terrace, so the new owners can step out to appreciate the property in warm weather months. That feature runs into the formal dining room, which seats 18 and features gold-leaf trimming on the crown molding, and leaded glass panel details in the walls. A library has cherry wood paneling and ceiling-to-floor bookcases, and the billiard room has a wet bar. The property listing, via Coldwell Banker, says the property has at least four fireplaces. They ought to chase the winter chills away, plus keep guests and partygoers content while they party with the homeowners.

The house also features a terrace where occupants can take in unbeatable views of the mountains and meadows below. The acreage includes a seven-stall barn, outdoor arena, 80 irrigated pasture acres, a large swimming pond and vast acreage for several outdoor amusement options, including, snow-shoeing or hiking. If the property's amusements aren't enough, then ski destinations in Aspen, Telluride and Crested Butte are all within easy driving distances.
