JLo Re-Lists Sprawling Hidden Hills Estate For $14.5 Million

File this one under "Mansions That Are Priced to Move." Earlier this year, singer, actress and dancer Jennifer Lopez put her three-acre estate in Hidden Hills up for sale, privately. The property did not move, so now JLo is trying a different strategy: She has listed it on MLS, and reduced the price to $14.5 million, according to reports.

The $2.5 million reduction puts the gated property in the spotlight once again. It offers its future buyer about 10,000-square feet of living in Ashley Ridge, with sweeping views of the mountains, valley and the city. The nine-bedroom, traditional style home also has seven full bathrooms, four three-quarter bathrooms and two powder rooms, according to the listing with Hilton & Hyland. We know what that means. This house was made for entertaining, where guests can show up and get loud!

Jenny's mansion has a dance studio that doubles as a gym, where the former Fly Girl and owner of the BodyLab wellness brand, keeps her famous figure in check. That space is part of the mansion's entertainment wing, where residents and guests can take in a movie at the 20-seat theater, practice their mixology at the full bar, or relax around a card table in the wood paneled game room. For those days when it is time to work from home, a study and a recording studio are also on the property. Even if the new owner doesn't have singing aspirations, the extra space offers options for renovations.

The property also has at least three fireplaces, to keep the winter parties from growing cold and staid, or just knock off the chilly desert night air. Outdoors, the property has a sprawling backyard with a patio, a pool and hot tub, and uninterrupted views of the mountains and the valley beyond. For more active outdoor amusements, the lush and sprawling property features mature trees, access to horse trails and play areas for kids.
