In between beating the crap out of bad guys, driving real fast, being too cool to look at explosions and dating Victoria's Secret model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Jason Statham has found time to move. In the summer, he sold his $2.7 million home in the Hollywood Hills and then upgraded to this luxurious $11.5 million Spanish-style compound.

This estate is a much more a compound than a home, with two full houses and a guest house combined. The property was sold to Statham by Zoolander supermodel Ben Stiller and wife Christine Taylor, who had combined two properties with a newly built guest house into the massive compound it is today.
The combined lot size is around one acre, with the a 5,334 square foot main house, with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, a second house at 4,062 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and a 1,161 guest house with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The compound features classic Spanish styling, with plenty of outdoor areas and plant life. There are outdoor lounges, patios, dining areas, walkways, lush gardens, a pool and yard. The whole estate resembles a luxury Mediterranean resort than a home really. It's also completely wrapped in privacy thanks to high walls, gates and high-end security. And with Jason Statham doing many of his own fight scenes and stunts, any burglar is definitely going to regret making it in.
