Freeland Farms Is Anything But Free: Buy The Indiana Estate Now For $30 Million

Located in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Freeland Farms is the most expensive piece of real estate currently for sale in the entire state. The residence, which was built in 1997 by late Pizza Hut magnate Dick Freeland, is on the market for $30 million.

Set on 50 acres, the Midwest property includes more than 50,000-square-feet of construction, an equestrian facility, meticulous landscaping and gardens, a lake, ponds, and walk bridges. The 38,000-square-foot main house's has 16 bedrooms and 27 bathrooms. The four-story interior features two elevators, a large wine room, and a large walk in freezer. There are also three additional houses on the farm.
