Elin Nordegren's New $12 Million Florida Mansion

Tiger Wood's ex-wife, Elin Nordegren has spent a chunk of her massive divorce settlement on a new $12 million Florida home only 10 miles from Tiger's recently completed mansion on Jupiter Island. Her mansion is located in North Palm Beach and has breathtaking ocean views. It's worth noting that Tiger's new mansion cost more but Elin's house is almost twice as big at 17,000 square feet and on a bigger 12 acre lot. (Tiger's is 10,000 square feet on a 10 acre lot).

This beautiful mansion was built back in 1932 which explains it's classic design. It has two floors with 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, along with a massive 5,000 square foot basement. Along with private beach access she also has a pool with access to tennis courts and a golf course. The home is found in a gated community with dozens of multi-million dollar homes nearby being watched over full time personal security services.

Update: Elin has had this historic mansion completely demolished with plans to built her own custom dream mansion.
