The current world-record sale price for a private-residence is the $221 million a billionaire paid for a London penthouse in 2011. When this Beverly Hills mansion hits the market in mid-2017, it will be listed for $500 million. Let that sink in for a minute. $500 million for your house. FYI, assuming the real estate agent who sells this house gets a customary 2% commission, that works out to $10 million just for the agent!!!!
