Dan Reynolds, lead singer for Imagine Dragons, and wife Aja Volkman of the band Nico Vega, announced their separation last year, and are still in the midst of dissolving their 11-year marriage. Now, Realtor.com reports that the former couple have likely found a buyer for their impressive spread on Broad Beach in Malibu, California.
The property once belonged to an even more famous showbiz couple than Reynolds and Volkman, having once reportedly belonged to Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn before they sold it ten years ago. A few years after that, in 2020, it was picked up by the Imagine Dragons frontman and his wife for $11.3 million, and then it was listed last month for $17.995 million.
It's not known yet whether the pending sale on the property is at that listing price or if it differs significantly from it, but the 5,400-square-foot estate is an impressive estate at any price. The home's official marketing material describes it as a "magical & inviting compound" "surrounded by verdant beauty at the ocean's edge" and touts its location on "one of Malibu's most prized stretches" on Broad Beach. The listing goes on:

Wondering what happened to that fifth bedroom? It's actually part of the detached garage, which has a two-room guest suite above. There's a private screening room somewhere on the property as well.
