Blake Lively has reportedly purchased a new penthouse on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan she had looked at several times with Ryan Reynolds. Costing a whopping $7.5 million, this duplex-style penthouse offers a rare view of Madison Square and the famous Flatiron building.

Blake Lively's new home, built in 1906, has seen modern renovations and covers two floors, with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms. On the main floor there is a large open hardwood living area. It includes her kitchen, dining room and living room. The main floor also contains in-home storage and one bedroom.

The upper level includes 3 bedrooms, a library and a small kitchen and living room. There are also two private terraces, perfect for lounging, parties or dining, with one offering a view of the Empire State building. Her master bedroom includes a luxury bathroom with an over-sized spa bathtub. The building features white glove concierge services, valets and a high-end gym.
