Chris Brown's Car: How Long Before He Paints This One to Look Like a Yacht or Something?

Maybe Chris Brown got the memo that his Lamborghini Gallardo, which he had customized to look like an F-86 jet fighter, made it seem like he was working too hard.  Or that he was a little unhinged.  The troubled, but still wildly successful, recording artist has recently been spotted tooling around Hollywood in a much more "respectable" ride.  He seems to like sharing everything about his life with the public, and he posted pictures of his new car on Instagram almost two weeks ago, but he only just started actually driving the vehicle while out and about.  So far, it looks pretty much factory direct, and no wild customizations have rendered it unrecognizable… yet.  Only time will tell if it gets to keep its current paint job, wheels, or interior.

Chris Brown's new car is an Audi R8 convertible.  The design of the Audi R8 is based on the Lamborghini Gallardo, so Mr. Brown should feel right at home, even without the jet fighter paint job.  The car features Audi's famous quattro all-wheel drive, and runs on a 5.2 liter FSI V10 engine.  The car can hit a top speed of 199 miles per hour, and can go from 0-60 in 3.6 seconds.  It currently costs just under $200,000, which is probably "chump change" for a music artist who also manages to come out on top, no matter what.
