Over the course of his 67 years, Sir Richard Branson founded Virgin Records, established corporation venture capital conglomerate Virgin Group, was knighted by the Queen of England, and is now worth more than $5 billion.

The English entrepreneur gave the world a glimpse into his day-to-day in a recent blog post, and this is how he begins each of his days.

Each and every day, Branson is out of bed by 5 a.m. "Getting up and at it early gives me time to get on top of things, and chart my day effectively," he wrote in an earlier blog post.

Getting up and getting active (think tennis, running, biking, or kitesurfing) are the first things on his agenda. "Exercise and family time put me in a great mind frame before getting down to business," he shared.

Kicking off the day early allows Branson to get ahead before the rest of the world is up and at 'em. "I like to be online early, so that I am accessible and available to our offices in other time zones," Branson wrote. "I can work through my emails before most of the world logs on."

"In between emails and calls, I catch up on the news, which normally leads me to writing blogs," he continues. "And when I blog, I make sure I share my thoughts via social media."

And if the Branson needs an energy boost, tea is his drink of choice. "I drink lots of tea. I'm talking 20 cups a day—don't tell my doctor!"

Change your morning mentality to mimic this billionaire's and maybe extreme success will soon be in your future, too. You never know, right?
