What is Paul Kemsley's net worth?
Paul Kemsley is a British businessman, celebrity manager, and reality TV star who has a net worth of $25 million. Also known as P.K. Kemsley, Paul Kemsley is a sports executive and property developer. He is Boy George's manager. In fact, Boy George periodically lives with Paul's family and is godfather to Paul's son. Paul helped launch the New York Cosmos soccer club and also managed the late soccer legend Pele. Paul became much more internationally known after his wife Dorit Kemsley became one of the stars of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills." Dorit Kemsley joined "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" in 2016 during Season 7. Her first appearance was in the Season 7 premiere, which aired on December 6, 2016.
Career
Paul was born in August 1967 in Stanmore, UK. When he was still in high school, Paul worked at a Menswear store where he eventually met Sports Direct equipment billionaire Mike Ashley. Ashley and Kemsley played darts for money. In 1992, Kemsley was hired by Ashley to help expand Sports Direct. In 1995, at age 28, Paul struck out on his own to launch a real estate investment and development firm called Rock Joint Ventures Ltd. Over time, the company became extremely successful, and by 2007, Rock's portfolio was worth $1 billion.
One of Kemsley's most successful personal investments involved a London office block that he bought for $50 million and then sold months later for $100 million to a Russian businessman. Unfortunately, like many real estate investors, Paul and his company, Rock Joint Ventures, were fatally damaged by the 2008 real estate crash.

Financial Peak and Fall
At the height of his career in 2007, Paul Kemsley's net worth was estimated at $250 million. However, in 2012, he filed for bankruptcy in New York, citing debts between $10 million and $50 million. At the time, he claimed to have just $104 in cash and $1,000 in the bank. His first wife was reportedly covering his personal expenses during this period.
Kemsley made a second bankruptcy filing in 2013 as he continued working to resolve his financial issues.
New York Cosmos & Pele
In the United States, Kemsley became notable for spearheading the relaunch of the New York Cosmos soccer team. As part of the relaunch, he brought Pelé on board as honorary president. After a few years, he sold his stake in the Cosmos and shifted focus to investing in Pelé's commercial licensing rights, further cementing his connections in the world of sports management.

Personal Life
Paul Kemsley married fashion designer Dorit Kemsley, founder of the swimwear brand Beverly Beach by Dorit, in 2015. The couple joined "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" in 2016, where their lavish lifestyle—and later their marital troubles—became central storylines.
In 2018, Paul made headlines after it was revealed he owed $3.6 million in gambling debts to the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, with partial payments totaling $850,000 made between 2010 and 2011.
In May 2024, Paul and Dorit announced their separation after nearly a decade of marriage, citing ongoing struggles and a desire to create a healthy environment for their two children, Jagger and Phoenix. Their separation became a major focus of "RHOBH" Season 14.
In April 2025, Dorit officially filed for divorce, requesting sole legal and physical custody of their children. Court documents cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split, and Dorit also requested spousal support and legal fees. Notably, the couple reportedly did not have a prenuptial agreement.
The divorce filing came just hours after photos surfaced of Paul kissing Shana Wall, a model and former contestant on "The Amazing Race," outside a Beverly Hills restaurant. The highly publicized incident intensified tensions between the estranged couple.
Throughout Season 14 of "Real Housewives," Dorit described their marriage as "very toxic," citing Paul's past struggles with alcoholism as a major issue. Paul reportedly became sober in late 2023 and celebrated nine months of sobriety by September 2024.
Dorit and Paul Kemsley Real Estate
In August 2019, Paul and Dorit spent $6.5 million to acquire a modern farmhouse-style mansion in the Encino neighborhood of Los Angeles. They listed the home in September 2020 for $9.5 million, with the listing handled by Mauricio Umansky, husband of Kyle Richards, Dorit's RHOBH castmate.
Separately, the Kemsleys lived for a time in a Beverly Hills mansion they co-owned with a business partner. That property was initially listed for $12.85 million but eventually sold after multiple price reductions for around $7.5 million.
In 2023, Dorit and Paul relocated to a new Hidden Hills property, purchasing a sprawling estate for $13.5 million. The move was featured on the later seasons of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," showcasing their continued upward trajectory despite past financial setbacks.
