BECOME ONE Episode 5: "Game Time: Hines Ward Tackles First Triathlon"
In the fifth episode of the BECOME ONE documentary series, Hines takes on his first sprint triathlon and gets the "full combat experience" in the open-water swim. After transitioning to the bike, Hines lets his competitive side out, passing other athletes and refusing to walk during the 6K run. Finishing close behind teammate and Challenged Athletes Foundation wounded warrior, Eric McElvenny, Hines blows coach Paula Newby-Fraser's expectation out of the water and finishes in 1 hour and 27 minutes. At the end of the race, Hines refuels with lowfat chocolate milk and prepares to take on his next challenge: an Olympic distance triathlon.
