April Fools' Prank (Teacher on Students)

Posted: Apr 1, 2011

This is what happens when a class of Biology majors is exposed to Advanced Probability concepts when they are expecting to review for their exam. I have been wanting to do something like this for about 7 years now but never got the chance. Thanks to Donnie Adams it finally worked. Enjoy! Next year, a camera in the front of the classroom to watch all of their strange faces :) Further explanation: For all you clueless folks, this is a Statistics for the Biosciences class that is expecting to review for their exam. The person that comes in and teaches is not their teacher (obviously). He is teaching´╗┐ advanced probability theory´╗┐ to a bunch of Biology students. The actual instructor was hoping one of the students would leave the room so that he could yell April Fools. When no student leaves, the fake teacher has a backup plan for leaving at 5 minutes. The real instructor comes in and yells "April Fools" at the end. Does everyone get it now?
