Mary-Kate Olsen and Olivier Sarkozy: Inside their home

Looks like Mary-Kate Olsen and her much older French boyfriend, Olivier Sarkozy, are playing house. The actress, 26, and Sarkozy, 42, were photographed leaving the New York City townhouse that the half-brother of the former French president recently bought for $6.25 million - the full asking price. Keeping with Olsen's apparent affinity for all things older, the James Renwick-designed townhome was built in 1854 and has 2,400 square feet of living space, according to the listing from Rubicon Property. The five-story house has eight fireplaces, original moldings, and an ornamental cast-iron Juliet balcony.
