After Halle fell, she started throwing up, which is a sign of a concussion, and thats when people around her became alarmed and called for help. Halle was taken by ambulance to Cedars Sinai Medical Center in LA. She was taken to the hospital as a precaution, but she checked out healthy and was released. She will continue production as planned.
