Saving America's Rural Churches

As farms and ranches spread across the heartland in the 19th and 20th centuries, families established communities and built churches to meet their spiritual needs. As America’s rural population began to decline, many of those churches fell into disrepair. In North Dakota, we’ll see how efforts are underway to preserve these pieces of heartland history.
