Fear of Victory

Fear of Victory is the nineteenth episode of Batman: The Animated Series and the second appearance of The Scarecrow and Robin in the DC Animated Universe. nnThe episode begins with Robin and his roommate at collage discussing the roommates upcoming football game that could push him into the pro's. Everything seems to be going fine until a strange telegram arrives for the roommate. Robin thinks nothing of it until at the football game his roommate suddenly has a panic attack when his opponents charge him and he loses his team the game. When Batman hears of this he remembers all of the other strange occurances of sports stars going squirrelly during their matches. Further evidence presents itself when on patrol Robin has a similar panic attack that nearly gets both of them killed. It turns out the telegram had a fear chemical on it that reacts to adrenalin in the body. Both Robin and his roommate where poisoned by it and they're feeling the effects whenever they get excited.
