He was arrested for driving with a suspended license and was sentenced to ten days in jail, as well as community service and a fine of $1000. He also had his license suspended again, for another year. He was arrested when he drove his car into a pole and ended up with injuries that were treated at the hospital. In 2010 Guiseppe was arrested again, but this time for fraudulently obtaining a drivers license. He is facing a possible ten years prison time.
