Teresa Giudice is a business woman, a television personality, as well as author, with the net worth of $-11 million. Teresa and husband Joe Giudice have filed for bankruptcy, which may be denied. Their household items are to be put up for auction sometime in August, due to a $-11 million debt. The couple have been accused of concealing information about their incomes, assets and expenses, and hiding their involvement in many businesses, including a pizza parlor, laundromat, and clothing company, as well as the income from the success of Teresa's cookbook. Teresa Giudice is a cast member of the reality television show, Real Housewives of New Jersey, and has been with the show since the first season. She has also appeared in "Naughty But Nice", with Rob Shuter and the television series "Mercy," playing the part of housewife number 2. Teresa has also established her own jewelry line, as well as her fashion and accessories line, TG Fabulicious, with everything from flowered hairbows to baseball caps, designed for young girls and women. There are screen printed T-shirts with expressions such as, "Happy Wife, Happy Life" and "Delicious." Her jewelry consists of bracelets which she has named after each of her daughters, Audriana, (2009), Milania (2005), Gabriella (2004), and Gia (2001). Teresa has also written two cookbooks, titled, "Skinny Italian" and "Fabulicious: Teresa's Italian Family Cookbook."
Teresa was born in Paterson, New Jersey in 1972, and whose parents immigrated to the United States from Itlay. She attended a Catholic Elementary school, and later went on to further her education at Berkeley College, where she majored in Fashion Marketing and Management. After leaving college she held the position of contributor to Vogue Magazine, utilizing her expertise in the fashion industry. She also worked for Macy's as an accesssories buyer. Her husband Joe Giudice have known each other since childhood. He is a businessman, with many businesses located in New Jersey. He was arrested for driving with a suspended license and was sentenced to ten days in jail, as well as community service and a fine of $1000. He also had his license suspended again, for another year. He was arrested when he drove his car into a pole and ended up with injuries that were treated at the hospital. In 2010 Guiseppe was arrested again, but this time for fraudulently obtaining a drivers license. He is facing a possible ten years prison time.
Teresa Guidice has made television appearances on shows such as, Live With Regis and Kelly, NBC's Today Show, Rachael Ray, Who Wants to be a Millionaire, and more. She has also appeared on the cover of Life & Style, U.S. Weekly, People, OK Magazine and more. She has also become a blogger for websites, People.com and Bravotv.com. There's a rumor that Teresa has plans to quit the Real Housewives of New Jersey reality show, due to some differences with Bravo, concerning promotion of her cookbook being used on the tv show. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
