Cash Money Records might the most appropriate label name in the history of music and as co-founder and CEO, rapper Bryan Baby Birdman has amassed a personal fortune of $400 million, which is impressive even by rap standards. Born Bryan Williams in New Orleans, Louisiana, Birdman founded Cash Money Records with his brother Ronald “Slim” Williams in 1989. The multi-talented Birdman went multi-platinum as both an artist and a producer, helping craft albums for many huge artists including Lil Wayne and Juvenile. In 2000 Birdman was even nominated for two Grammies for his song #1 Stunna which he released with Mannie Fresh as part of the rap duo Big Tymers.

Well consider this: Cash Money Records is the most commercially successful label in the history of hip-hop music with 50 million records sold and annual revenues in excess of $100 million.
