Furthermore, he is the Chairman of Sun Pharma`s primary American subsidiary, Caraco, which concluded $230 million acquisition of Nasdaq-listed skincare firm DUSA Pharmaceuticals and inked a deal to buy a US generics business of Japan's Takeda Pharmaceuticals for an undisclosed sum.
