Andrei Klyamko is a Russian entrepreneur who has a net worth of $1.7 billion. Born in 1961, Klymko made most of his fortune as the Co-founder of Smart Holding Group. Together with his partner Vadim Novinsky, they founded Smart Holding Group, which is one of the leading investment companies in Ukraine that has an interest in oil and gas, real estate, metals and mining, agriculture and shipbuilding. The holding group's investments are made in the Ukraine, CIS and the Easter Europe Countries, and the group also owns 24% of the shares of Metinvestm, an iron ore maker founded by the billionaire Rinat Akhmetov.

In addition, Klyamko holds stakes in several famous companies, including Yuzhny GOK, Ukraine's top independent iron ore mine, Regal Petroleum, oil and gas company, and Amstor, a chain of supermarkets.
