Born in Clearwater, Florida, Nick Hogan, also known as Nicholas Allan Bollea, is most widely recognized for his appearances on his father, Hulk Hogan's reality show, "Hogan Knows Best", and the spin-off series, "Brooke Knows Best", which followed his sister. He began competing in the Formula Drift series in 2007, and was moderately successful. He was approached by multiple sponsors, but seemed to have difficulty retaining any of them. In 2008, he was involved in a severe single-car crash while out driving with members of his pit crew. His car slid off the road, and hit a tree. His passenger was not wearing a seatbelt, and suffered head injuries that will require him to have 24/7 medical care for the rest of his life. Mr. Hogan was charged with multiple felonies in connection with the crash, and served eight months in prison. His license was also suspended for three years. He is currently training to follow in his famous father's footsteps as a wrestler.
