New Jack started his career in the United States Wrestling Association in 1992 and also wrestled for North Georgia Wrestling Alliance and Smoky Mountain Wrestling. He joined Extreme Championship Wrestling in 1995 until the company went out of business in 2001. He then wrestled on the independent circuit and in Total Nonstop Action Wrestling. New Jack was a three time ECW World Tag Team Champion, twice with Mustafa Saed and once with John Kronus.
