The couple made joint announcement that they are separating they said, "After a great deal of thought, reflection, discussion and prayer, we came to this decision together. At this time, we are living apart while we work on the future of our relationship."

Lohan was giving 120 days to serve confined to her home while wearing a tether, however she will probably be giving 36 days credit for good times, that would make it 84 days let to serve. And if she were allowed the credit jail inmates get based on overcrowding, she would only serve 14 days.
