Fitness and personal trainers often work part-time hours for their jobs, fitness workers may increase their hours by working at a number of clients' homes or at several different fitness facilities. Fitness workers must be certified to provide services. Personal trainers and fitness workers are expected to have growth in their industry, much faster than the average for all occupations. Personal trainers and fitness workers will have good job opportunities due to the focus on personal health in the U.S. and the popularity of physical fitness shown by continued job growth in fitness facilities and health clubs.
